The Capabilities of Reality Modelling
Reality modelling, or digital twinning, provides a photorealistic highly accurate 3D model which gives far more contextual information when compared to traditional survey data. This is incredibly powerful as it can be used to recreate an asset or site for project reference or feature extraction.
Asset inspections and quantity inspections are ideally suited to reality modelling, either on a once off occasion or for repeated time monitoring.
